New models - Kia - Tasman - cabchassisKia Tasman cab-chassis pricedKia follows Tasman pick-up arrival with cab-chassis range, available in August from $38,0101 Aug 2025 By MATT BROGAN KIA has followed the launch of its Tasman pick-up utility by announcing pricing for a cab-chassis range.
Priced from $38,010 plus on-road costs, the Kia Tasman cab-chassis line-up is offered in single- and dual-cab body-styles, and with the choice of two- or four-wheel drive powertrains.
Both the single- and dual-cab offerings are available in S and SX trim grades.
Kia says the dual-cab range is available now, with single-cab models to join the line-up later this year.
All are available with a Kia Genuine Accessories tray and a range of up to 40 other accessories Kia says have “been developed in Australia to help owners make the most of the Tasman’s many abilities”.
Powertrain and specification details are familiar to those of the pick-up range, with motivation continuing to arrive courtesy of Kia’s turbocharged 2.2-litre four-cylinder diesel unit outputting 154kW/440Nm. It is paired as standard with an eight-speed automatic transmission.
Braked towing capacity remains unchanged from pick-up variants at 3500kg, with all grades arriving as standard with an Integrated Trailer Brake Controller (ITBC), standard Trailer Stability Assist, and driveline Tow mode.
Payload is rated at over 1000kg in all grades.
