Dubbed the Intensa Special Series, just 50 examples will be made available to Australian buyers, 10 each across the Tonale and Stelvio SUV ranges, and 30 for the Guilia sedan.
Pricing for the trio starts from $69,990 plus on-road costs (see pricing table below).
According to the Italian importer, the Intensa Special Series celebrates its commitment to Italian design, elegance, and driving pleasure, the golden details featured across the trio symbolising “victory, value, and exclusivity”.
Highlights of the Intensa Special Series include signature gold detailing, Italian flag emblems on the wing mirrors, a dual-pane sunroof, light gold two-tone diamond-cut alloy wheels, and black-finished brake callipers accented in light gold.
Each model in the Intensa Special Series is available in three refined colours chosen to accentuate the light gold exterior accents.
For the Tonale these are Alfa Black (NCO), Alfa Red (+$1990), and Montreal Green (+$2500), and the the Stelvio and Giulia Volcano Black, Etna Red (+$4000), and Montreal Green (+$4000).
Moving inside, we find embroidered front head restraints with the Alfa Romeo logo in tan, a two-tone steering wheel with tan accents and contrasting stitching, and Intensa branding embroidered on the front centre armrest and heat-embossed on the inner side panels of the front seats.
The Tonale debuts premium Alcantara seats with Anthracite Grey backing and tan stitching, along with the introduction of a rotary shifter for the first time in Australia. Giulia and Stelvio feature leather seats with tan backing and tan stitching across the dashboard, door panels, and central armrest.
But perhaps most import for Alfisti (Alfa Romeo enthusiasts) is a range of performance enhancements aimed at enhancing driving dynamics and comfort.
For the Tonale these include Dual Stage Valve dampers and for the Stelvio and Giulia Synaptic Dynamic Control which is said to provide agile handling and precision.
The Intensa Special Series further includes Active Driving Assist, providing Level 2 ADAS functionality.
The Tonale is powered by a 117kW mild-hybrid 1.5-litre four-cylinder petrol paired with a seven-speed dual clutch transmission and front-wheel drive, while the Stelvio and Giulia feature a 206kW turbocharged four-cylinder petrol mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission.
The Stelvio runs all-wheel drive while the Giulia is rear wheel driven.
Orders for the Alfa Romeo Intensa Special Series are open now with prospective buyers urged to express their interest quickly.
